From pre-school through her education at Southern Oregon University, Trinity “Rin” Rutter is a true Ashland native. Before joining the NPA team in early 2026, she had several years of experience in the hospitality industry, working her way up from breakfast server at age 13 (yes, 13!) to becoming an Assistant General Manager, proving she’s no stranger to hard work. When away from the office, Rin enjoys reading (and re-reading) the books in her very long “to be read” list, playing video games, purchasing an absurd number of sandwiches per week, and spending time with the 7 animals in her household.  Rin loves creatures of all sizes, but she has a particular love for Guinea Pigs and Hedgehogs. One of Rin’s favorite conversation starters is talking about how she fostered 15 guinea pigs for 2 years before finding each one their forever home.
